Skunkworks LTD parts are intended for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Skunkworks LTD holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.
SKUNKWORKS LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you bring it to a mechanic, always remember that a GOOD mechanic will make sure it is the correct and a quality part before installing it. If you do not agree to this policy, simply return prior to installation.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Skunkworks LTD reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Skunkworks LTD reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Skunkworks LTD may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Skunkworks LTD, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow at least 4 buisness days for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery, then please contact us by phone for immediate attention before you order to check availability.
Skunkworks LTD reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Skunkworks LTD cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacturer, or sale, but a error which Skunkworks LTD's responsibility is to correct the error.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellations made by customers after purchase are subject to a cancelation fee of 10% of the total order amount initially processed. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. You have 30 days from date of purchase to submit a request of order cancelation.
RETURNS POLICY
You will need to call and speak with a Skunkworks LTD representative to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorised returns are processed ONLY after the item is received at Skunkworks LTD and inspected carefully. Skunkworks LTD reserves the right to deny a return request.
Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by Skunkworks LTD no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No returns are allowed on custom orders. Deposits to hold items are not refundable. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued.
There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECT
We will gladly accept the return of Skunkworks LTD products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues.
Products from other manufacturers will be subject to the defective product policy of the aforementioned manufacturer. Skunkworks LTD is not responsible to replace any such item if the manufacturer policy does not cover the replacement.
This policy is not applicable to items that may have been damaged during shipping, unboxing, or installation.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in our online store supersede all previous prices. However, we cannot control price increases by third party suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct pricing at any time. If a third party product price has changed we will notify you giving you the option to cancel the order of pay the difference. No cancelation fees will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate due to available supply, inventory and currency exchange rates.
NO GUARANTEE OF INVENTORY
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “IN STOCK” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. Most outofstock items are in stock again within two (2-4) weeks.
Special Order items are considered a non-stock item. Lead time for delivery is required. No cancellations after purchase will be processed.
SHIPPING / RECEIPT OF GOODS
We will do our best to ship all orders within 4 Business Days of Original Order date unless otherwise notified. Backorder fullfilment and shipping will occur as soon as product is made available. Skunkworks LTD cannot be held responsible for backorder delays or make guarantees of availability or product delivery.
Skunkworks LTD reserves the right to ship items with any selected carrier. Orders may ship without the requirement of signature authorization unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional charges for such service. Items delivered to the buyers indicated shipping address, without signature authorization, becomes the property of the buyer. Any such incidence that occurs after delivery is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Skunkworks LTD cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to the buyer.
